Hey there! My favorite way to sweat is through HIIT woroukts. I just recently found them and LOVE how I feel after them. I’m currently training for the Marine Corps Marathon in October and they are an awesome way to run out the soreness and get some speed work in. My hubby is an athletic trainer and I’m always stealing his foam roller from his office so this would be awesome! I have had IT issues and love rolling out my glutes too!
